If you receive products with manufacturing defects or the wrong items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, provide your order details along with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products in their original packaging. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Please note that customized shirts, school uniforms, company uniforms, and shirts manufactured according to specific customer requirements are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced exclusively for the customer’s order.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned products pass our inspection.
